Love Not the World
Do you not know that we are at war?
2 Cor 10:3 For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war according to the flesh. 4 For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal but mighty in God for pulling down strongholds, 5 casting down arguments and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God, bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ, 6 and being ready to punish all disobedience when your obedience is fulfilled.
The title of this sermon is "Love Not the World." What does the Bible mean when it says "the world?" It doesn't mean the people in the world--on the contrary; the Bible commands us to love our neighbor. "The world" refers to this world system and to the domain of our vain imaginations and our sinful flesh which formerly dictated our every decision and ruled over our minds when we were the slaves to sin.
1 Jn 2:15 Do not love the world or the things in the world. If anyone loves the world, the love of the Father is not in him.
Mark 8:38 "For whoever is ashamed of me and of my words in this adulterous and sinful generation, of him will the Son of Man also be ashamed when he comes in the glory of his Father with the holy angels."
Luke 12:32 "Do not fear, little flock, for it is your Father's good pleasure to give you the kingdom."
Luke 13:23 Then one said to Him, "Lord, are there few who are saved?" And He said to them, 24 "Strive to enter through the narrow gate, for many, I say to you, will seek to enter and will not be able..."
James 4:4 Adulterers and adulteresses! Do you not know that friendship with the world is enmity with God? Whoever therefore wants to be a friend of the world makes himself an enemy of God.
Jn 17:9 "I pray for them. I do not pray for the world but for those whom You have given Me, for they are Yours."
1 Pet 2:9 But you are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, His own special (or "peculiar") people, that you may proclaim the praises of Him who called you out of darkness into His marvelous light;
Who runs the world?
God's original intention for His creation was that man should rule over it. He gave man power and authority to rule over the earth. He broke off a portion of His own sovereignty and gave it to Adam. God gave Adam sovereignty over the earth, and God gave Adam free will, the ability to chose even to rebel and to sin against God if he chose to do so. Let's read...
Gen 1:26 Then God said, "Let Us make man in Our image, according to Our likeness; let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, over the birds of the air, and over the cattle, over all the earth and over every creeping thing that creeps on the earth." 27 So God created man in His own image; in the image of God He created him; male and female He created them. 28 Then God blessed them, and God said to them, "Be fruitful and multiply; fill the earth and subdue it; have dominion over the fish of the sea, over the birds of the air, and over every living thing that moves on the earth."
And then in chapter 2:19 Out of the ground the Lord God formed every beast of the field and every bird of the air, and brought them to Adam to see what he would call them. And whatever Adam called each living creature, that was its name.
What does it mean when you get to name something? It means you *own* it. You'll notice that God yielded His own power and authority to name the living creatures and that He gave it to Adam and that God endorsed Adam's authority and abided by Adam's decisions. "Whatever Adam called each living creature, that was its name." God yielded His authority to Adam in regard to having dominion over the earth. God wanted man to have a special relationship with Himself, one not based on servitude but based on free will out of love and mutual respect.
Now, when Adam and Eve sinned by first of all disobeying God and secondly by taking in the knowledge of good and evil, they not only lost their innocence, which was their only claim to sinlessness, and therefore at the same time lost their fellowship with God, they also lost their dominion over the earth. Their new master, Satan, inherited the dominion and authority that had formerly rested on Adam. Notice that Adam's authority did not revert back to God but it was absconded with by Satan instead. God had already broken off a portion of His own sovereignty and given it to Adam. God does not take back what He has given. And for God to retain His own power and authority over the earth, there would be no sin allowed on earth. God would have had to burn up Adam and Eve with fire and cleanse the earth of sin in order to retain His own authority over the earth, because God is holy and nothing unclean can dwell within His personal dominion. Since Adam and Eve had fallen from grace and become slaves, their new ungodly master owned not only them but also took their power and authority as well.
Romans 11:29
For the gifts and the calling of God are irrevocable.
Luke 4:6 And the devil said to Him (Jesus), "All this authority I will give You, and their glory; for this has been delivered to me, and I give it to whomever I wish." Notice that Jesus did not argue with the devil and deny that he had such authority to give. Notice that Jesus did not have authority over the kingdoms of the earth, even though the earth was created by Him.
Jn 1:10 He was in the world, and the world was made through Him, and the world did not know Him. 11 He came to His own, and His own did not receive Him.
God had a plan to redeem mankind and establish His kingdom rather than to wipe mankind from the face of the earth. The first sign of God's plan was that God provided Adam and Eve with animal skins to cover their nakedness instead of fig leaves. The skin of an animal would require a blood sacrifice, and this was the first mention of such a thing in the Bible.
So the whole Bible is a panoramic view of God's plan of salvation and redemption with His ultimate goal of having unbroken fellowship with man and man having unbroken fellowship with Him.
2 Pet 1:3 as His divine power has given to us all things that pertain to life and godliness, through the knowledge of Him who called us by glory and virtue, 4 by which have been given to us exceedingly great and precious promises, that through these you may be partakers of the divine nature, having escaped the corruption that is in the world through lust.
But the devil interrupting man's fellowship with God and corrupting the world system is a necessary wrinkle in the bigger story of redemption. The story is how God could bring His own people into perfection while still letting us exercise free will and without us having to depend on simple naivety and innocence for our fellowship with God. We are redeemed and sinless and partake in the divine nature by participating through faith in the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus Christ, the Son of God, Who was born of a woman and Who took on our sins and put them to death on the cross.
Heb 4:15 15 For we do not have a High Priest who cannot sympathize with our weaknesses, but was in all points tempted as we are, yet without sin.
We know God wins in the end, and we know that God has already won. Our souls are saved because of our faith in the blood of Jesus and the grace He gives us to overcome every day until we meet Him face to face.
But you'll notice that the book of Revelation describes a global totalitarian government system run by Satan, and you can recognize that the current world system is careening down that very same path.
The kingdoms of this world are rapidly losing any distinction from the kingdom of the prince of the power of the air, and the spiritual war between every believer and the enemy of their souls is taking on physical manifestation in the world around us. You'll also notice in the book of Revelation that the Lamb of God took the scroll from the hand of Him Who sits on the throne and began to loose the seven seals one at a time.
Rev 5:8 Now when He had taken the scroll, the four living creatures and the twenty-four elders fell down before the Lamb, each having a harp, and golden bowls full of incense, which are the prayers of the saints. 9 And they sang a new song, saying:
"You are worthy to take the scroll, And to open its seals; For You were slain, And have redeemed us to God by Your blood Out of every tribe and tongue and people and nation, 10 And have made us kings and priests to our God; And we shall reign on the earth."
What was that scroll? It is my understanding that that scroll is the title deed to the planet Earth, which Jesus redeemed back for us by His blood. He has not opened the scroll yet up to this point, because...
2 Pet 3:9 The Lord is not slack concerning His promise, as some count slackness, but is longsuffering toward us, not willing that any should perish but that all should come to repentance. 10 But the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night, in which the heavens will pass away with a great noise, and the elements will melt with fervent heat; both the earth and the works that are in it will be burned up. 11 Therefore, since all these things will be dissolved, what manner of persons ought you to be in holy conduct and godliness, 12 looking for and hastening the coming of the day of God, because of which the heavens will be dissolved, being on fire, and the elements will melt with fervent heat? 13 Nevertheless we, according to His promise, look for new heavens and a new earth in which righteousness dwells.
14 Therefore, beloved, looking forward to these things, be diligent to be found by Him in peace, without spot and blameless; 15 and consider that the longsuffering of our Lord is salvation—as also our beloved brother Paul, according to the wisdom given to him, has written to you, 16 as also in all his epistles, speaking in them of these things, in which are some things hard to understand, which untaught and unstable people twist to their own destruction, as they do also the rest of the Scriptures.
17 You therefore, beloved, since you know this beforehand, beware lest you also fall from your own steadfastness, being led away with the error of the wicked; 18 but grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

Notice in the book of Daniel where he prays and the angel Gabriel shows up and tells him he had to do battle with the "prince of Persia." Dan 10:12 Then he said to me, "Do not fear, Daniel, for from the first day that you set your heart to understand, and to humble yourself before your God, your words were heard; and I have come because of your words. 13 But the prince of the kingdom of Persia withstood me twenty-one days; and behold, Michael, one of the chief princes, came to help me, for I had been left alone there with the kings of Persia."
This means that evil principalities rule over the geo-political systems of earth. The devil literally rules the world everywhere that the hand of God does not directly intervene through the prayers of His saints and where His saints do not exercise God's dominion and authority.
1 Jn 5:19 We know that we are of God, and the whole world lies under the sway of the wicked one.
John 8:44 (Jesus said) "You are of your father the devil, and the desires of your father you want to do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and does not stand in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaks a lie, he speaks from his own resources, for he is a liar and the father of it."
So the devil runs the world, uses chosen vessels to whom he gives power and earthly authority, and the devil is a liar. What should this tell you about the mainstream news media? They manipulate the minds of men through lies in order to further the kingdom of the devil. This is not a conspiracy theory but a clear Biblical truth. And if you pay attention to what they say and what they don't say, it is clear. They promote wickedness and denigrate Christianity all day every day.
Eph 6:12 For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places.
The god of this world
The world has its own religion; a false religion with false virtues, having "a form of godliness but denying the power thereof." The religion of the world of course mocks and despises God, but it must do so subtly and cunningly. The world presents its own virtues in a way that even Christians unthinkingly adopt them. Matthew 24:24 "For there shall arise false Christs, and false prophets, and shall shew great signs and wonders; insomuch that, if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect."
The world's religion is presented to us as if it were merely rationalism, as if it were a rejection of dogma and ignorance. But if one takes even a cursory glance into its symbolism and underlying philosophies, one will quickly see that the world's religion is not only deeply spiritual but flagrantly dogmatic. The spirit is that of the antichrist, and the dogma is "scientism," the worship of worldly authority, of deference to "experts." It seeks a world government composed of little dictators, of bureaucratic policy makers, to rule and reign over every aspect of our lives. It is a religion that embraces anything and everything that stands in opposition to true virtue, true morality, and ultimately to Jesus Himself. It is the literal inversion of every virtue and of true godliness. Because it is animated by sheer hatred of Christ and of Christians and therefore is the enemy of everything good and beautiful and holy. Since the world's religion is cloaked in a political social justice ideology, a politician who was a child molester and operated a crime ring could tout himself as virtuous if he pushed government policies favored by the left. Evil and Socialism are not just coincidentally or tangentially related; they are actually two faces of the same diabolic entity. Evil is the spiritual face, and Socialism is the secular face. Socialism is the vehicle by which Satan seeks to impose his will upon the masses and to destroy Christianity. Oh, I can back this claim up, too; but that may be too much for the gentle reader to accept at this time.
One of the world religion's foremost false virtues is tolerance. Tolerance can be described as politely accepting that which is unacceptable. The destruction of society and the rape of our children is now politely tolerated by Western society, because that tolerance and politeness is precisely the highest virtue taught by the world's religion of globalism, to which any resistance is deemed hateful and bigoted and backwards. As Christians, our primary instruction is to love one another, and so this deceptive language about "hate" and "tolerance" appears to be a trap for us on some superficial level. According to the narrative of the world, our own Lord has told us to obey and to submit to their every whim and that to do otherwise is hateful. But if we investigate the truth of what we are called upon to tolerate, it is anything but love, and it is the opposite of righteousness and is causing incalculable harm not only to us and to our children but to society as a whole, for every generation to come. Rather than passively submit, we have the duty to push back, not only on the earthly level, but more importantly on the spiritual, to do battle with the principalities and powers that have taken minds captive through deception and delusion and false promises of freedom like the serpent's false claims in the garden.
Genesis 3:4-5 "You will not certainly die," the serpent said to the woman. "For God knows that when you eat from it your eyes will be opened, and you will be like God, knowing good and evil."
The world's religion calls for throwing down God and exalting man in His place.
Psalm 2
1 Why do the nations rage,
And the people plot a vain thing?
2 The kings of the earth set themselves,
And the rulers take counsel together,
Against the Lord and against His Anointed, saying,
3 "Let us break Their bonds in pieces
And cast away Their cords from us."
Another popular false virtue of the world religion is "charity." Only it is not charity at all, which is the voluntary giving to someone else in need. The "charity" that the world promotes is nothing more than taxation and deficit spending, which creates a more insidious form of taxation, currency inflation. The government is presumed to be in charge of taking care of everybody--the father figure. Hence, fatherlessness in welfare-dominated demographics is endemic. Far from promoting the welfare of families, this "charity" ultimately promotes broken families and therefore crime and misery. The vast majority of prison inmates come from fatherless households. In other words, the government's version of charity is based on theft and has unintended consequences even worse than the first crime it was initiated by. The conflation of taxation with charity may seem a mere subtle distinction, but it reflects a vital plank in the Socialist platform of transforming limited government into an all-powerful, pervasive, God-like entity. It is literally the deification of government. Meanwhile, the American family, once able to purchase a home and send children to college on a single salary has been plunged into housing insecurity even with 2 jobs, with college tuition now requiring a lifetime of debt, and God forbid you ever need to go to the hospital.
In his farewell speech, September 19, 1796, George Washington said... "The propitious smiles of Heaven can never be expected on a nation that disregards the eternal rules of right and order which Heaven itself has ordained. …Of all the dispositions and habits which lead to political prosperity, religion and morality are indispensable supports. In vain would that man claim the tribute of patriotism who should labor to subvert these great pillars of human happiness, these firmest props of the duties of men and citizens. …reason and experience both forbid us to expect that national morality can prevail in exclusion of religious principles. It is substantially true that virtue or morality is a necessary spring of popular government."
How does the darkness exert and maintain influence? Through lies, deception, ignorance, and delusion.
Eph 4:18 having their understanding darkened, being alienated from the life of God, because of the ignorance that is in them, because of the blindness of their heart;
2 Thes 2:7 For the mystery of lawlessness is already at work; only He who now restrains will do so until He is taken out of the way. 8 And then the lawless one will be revealed, whom the Lord will consume with the breath of His mouth and destroy with the brightness of His coming. 9 The coming of the lawless one is according to the working of Satan, with all power, signs, and lying wonders, 10 and with all unrighteous deception among those who perish, because they did not receive the love of the truth, that they might be saved. 11 And for this reason God will send them strong delusion, that they should believe the lie, 12 that they all may be condemned who did not believe the truth but had pleasure in unrighteousness.
Rom 1:18 For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who suppress the truth in unrighteousness, 19 because what may be known of God is manifest in them, for God has shown it to them. 20 For since the creation of the world His invisible attributes are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even His eternal power and Godhead, so that they are without excuse, 21 because, although they knew God, they did not glorify Him as God, nor were thankful, but became futile in their thoughts, and their foolish hearts were darkened. 22 Professing to be wise, they became fools, 23 and changed the glory of the incorruptible God into an image made like corruptible man—and birds and four-footed animals and creeping things.
24 Therefore God also gave them up to uncleanness, in the lusts of their hearts, to dishonor their bodies among themselves, 25 who exchanged the truth of God for the lie, and worshiped and served the creature rather than the Creator, who is blessed forever. Amen.
How the devil's strategies of deception are supported by and mirrored in the world system he is in charge of
You will find two main drivers of manipulation in popular media:
1) marketing, and
2) politics
If you study the fields of advertising and propaganda, you'll notice that the underlying principles are the same, and there is a wide overlap and even many of the same players involved in both enterprises.
How do marketers get people to buy their products? By appealing to lust, greed, and to a desire for social status. These tactics are obvious and yet they still work even if you know the trick. Your mind is vulnerable to them. They use the lust of the eye, the lust of the flesh, and the boastful pride of life, because these resonate with the natural state of man, with the unregenerate mind, with sinful flesh.
How do political operatives get people to support their candidates, their parties, and their agendas? By appealing to hate and fear, and by convincing the public that this person or party or agenda is the virtuous choice, that it is the one supported by the majority of the populace (appealing to the desire to be socially accepted and part of the "in" group, similar to fashion marketing), and that the (supposed) minority, who do not adhere to these ideals, are "evil" and to be despised and ostracized, and are guilty of "hate."
The mainstream media isn't just omitting the truth from their narrative; it is telling you the opposite of the truth.
Prov 16:28 A perverse man sows strife, And a whisperer separates the best of friends.
When the media actively hide and obfuscate the truth, defend lifetime criminals in government and lie about patriots and truth-tellers who are risking their lives to expose vast criminal enterprises within government, they are an order of magnitude worse than gossips. A gossip will spread unconfirmed rumors about things they have no personal knowledge of. But the news media have access to the truth and choose to lie anyway. How many times have we caught them in massive and consequential lies and coverups during just the past two years? Are they repentant? Have they come clean? Or have they doubled down on lying and yet expect us to continue blindly trusting them? Do they shame us when we point out their lies and call us conspiracy theorists even when the truth is documented and incontrovertible? It is now openly frowned upon by the mainstream media to "do your own research." As Jimmy Dore rightly pointed out, that used to be called "reading."
George Orwell, who fought in the Spanish Civil War wrote..."Early in life I had noticed that no event is ever correctly reported in a newspaper, but in Spain, for the first time, I saw newspaper reports which did not bear any relation to the facts, not even the relationship which is implied in an ordinary lie. I saw great battles reported where there had been no fighting, and complete silence where hundreds of men had been killed. I saw troops who had fought bravely denounced as cowards and traitors, and others who had never seen a shot fired hailed as the heroes of imaginary victories, and I saw newspapers in London retailing these lies and eager intellectuals building emotional superstructures over events that had never happened. I saw, in fact, history being written not in terms of what happened but of what ought to have happened according to various 'party lines'."
Recent events have confirmed that the vast majority of people in government are not even remotely interested in the well being of their fellow countrymen but seem to be pursing a goal of destroying the very nation that gave them everything they now enjoy. It is perplexing unless you step back and realize that only the concept of "evil" can come close to explaining any of it.
British evangelist Smith Wigglesworth would not allow a newspaper into his home. He said it was full of lies.
The media pushes homosexuality and gender confusion on our children and normalizes all manner of depravity including genital mutilation and baby killing and justifies whatever wars the ruling elites have decided they want to engage. The mainstream media instructs its viewers that good is evil and evil is good.
Isa 5:20 Woe to those who call evil good, and good evil; who substitute darkness for light and light for darkness; who substitute bitter for sweet and sweet for bitter!
James 2:6 ...Do not the rich oppress you and drag you into the courts? 7 Do they not blaspheme that noble name by which you are called?
Some of the richest people on the planet, who subscribe to the most ungodly beliefs imaginable, run the most powerful media enterprises in the world.
1 Cor 6:1 Dare any of you, having a matter against another, go to law before the unrighteous, and not before the saints? 2 Do you not know that the saints will judge the world? And if the world will be judged by you, are you unworthy to judge the smallest matters? 3 Do you not know that we shall judge angels? How much more, things that pertain to this life? 4 If then you have judgments concerning things pertaining to this life, do you appoint those who are least esteemed by the church to judge? 5 I say this to your shame. Is it so, that there is not a wise man among you, not even one, who will be able to judge between his brethren? 6 But brother goes to law against brother, and that before unbelievers!
Now, if we are not to allow unbelievers to judge us as to the earthly law against our fellow believer, does it not also follow that we should not allow unbelievers to establish the moral and political code by which we live our lives? You wouldn't let an atheist teach you about the Bible; why would you let one teach you about the world? You do realize that they are at the same time inculcating you with their values as they lull you to sleep with their tales...
So there is obvious and critical danger in taking in the lies and partial truths of the mainstream media, which is controlled by criminal Satanic elites who already run most of the planet and are targeting the last pockets of resistance to their global control. They are targeting the US Constitution, they are targeting the family unit, and they are targeting Bible-believing Christians. Most importantly, they are targeting the hearts and minds of our children. The only amendment in the Bill of Rights that has not so far been attacked and violated is the one saying that we can't be forced to provide quartering for soldiers.
Propaganda, a total monopoly on information
The mainstream media has consolidated and unified every means of mass communication into a singular, focused narrative that perfectly harmonizes corporate and government interests. In the same way that they have captured all broadcast and print media and cable news networks, they have also captured social media and most popular Internet channels and are working very hard to limit your ability to read or to express any dissenting views.
Sound like a conspiracy theory? That's because it is an actual open conspiracy; it is no theory. How many corporations control 90% of the mass media? That number is FIVE. Used to be 50 as recently as 1989, before the FCC weakened its monopoly rules. How much diversity of thought exists in popular media? How much do you know about whether corporate heads push their political agenda from the top down throughout the entire scope of their media enterprises? You would be shocked. Corporate media is tightly controlled. "If you tell the truth, you can expect to lose your job." --Tucker Carlson, who lost his job. Most movie production companies now police their own content so as not to offend Communist China, and so does the NBA. We now have documented proof that the US government was intimately involved in censoring all the major social media platforms, not only in terms of vaccine acceptance and suppressing the lab-leak theory, but also with suppressing the Hunter Biden laptop story, which was always known by them to be true and never had anything whatsoever to do with Russia.
So you are presented, day and night, from every angle, exactly ONE point of view. Is it any wonder that most people think they themselves arrived at this singular common perspective all on their own, based on the evidence presented to them, as a free choice? Your choices for mainstream information are about as free as the choices of food presented to a zoo animal. You are free to consider a narrow range of opinions as acceptable and all others as blasphemous, outrageous, hateful, and patently un-true and worthy of contempt.
Robert Epstein, a psychologist, pointed out that Google and other major search engine results in 2016 were heavily biased in favor of Hillary Clinton, and statistically, based on an admittedly small sample of potential voters, could have affected millions of votes.
"I looked at politically oriented searches that these people were conducting on Google, Bing and Yahoo. I was able to preserve more than 13,000 searches and 98,000 web pages, and I found very dramatic bias in Google's search results... favoring Hillary Clinton -- whom I supported strongly."
"That level of bias was sufficient, I calculated, to have shifted over time somewhere between 2.6 and 10.4 million votes to Hillary without anyone knowing that this had occurred," he claimed.
Google's CEO at the time, Eric Schmidt, was so closely aligned with the Hillary campaign that he was pictured wearing a "staff" badge at her premature victory party on election night 2016. In perhaps less-subtle means, the mainstream television media obviously favored Hillary throughout the 2016 primary and general-election seasons. At the beginning of the primary cycle, Bernie Sanders was given plenty of positive coverage. But as soon as Mr. Sanders began dominating in the actual DNC primary contests, a sudden and radical shift occurred simultaneously across all networks. Rachel Maddow, for example, who was formerly known for her glowing coverage of Bernie Sanders during mid-year 2015, in the fall of that year suddenly ceased nearly any mention of Sanders whatsoever and dedicated the bulk of her broadcasts to pretending that Hillary was the presumptive nominee. Similar treatment was seen throughout the rest of network news and even late-night comedy shows. The only people who seemed to notice that anything was afoot in the Democrat primary process were people who were supporting Sanders and as such assiduously paid attention to the series of increasingly-unlikely losses and in many cases blatant thefts in state primary contests. The Nevada state convention fiasco was particularly infuriating and nearly came to blows. Wikileaks documents confirmed that the media at large was indeed on the side of, if not embedded in, Hillary's campaign. You will notice that the majority of Internet searches on many of these very topics will provide you with ample links to "fact-check" articles and denial articles but very few primary-source articles, if any.

The majority of Americans never actually read any books. They have had their minds trained to lack the attention span and patience required to actually read a whole newspaper article and only scan the headlines and look at the pictures. Only about 30% of American students are capable of reading at grade level.
You can tell what key phrases and ideas are being deployed to the public very easily, because they keep appearing over and over no matter which channels, no matter which media, no matter which shows you watch. There will be "seasons" of certain topics that will be fed relentlessly, until there is a new narrative, a new topic, and then that one becomes the only thing you hear about for a time. The nature of propaganda is that it consistently repeats ideas over and over again, and it is everywhere, it is inescapable, it is ubiquitous. TV, billboards, signs on doors and store windows, consumer products, Internet ads and notices, fact checking articles imposed on your own personal social media speech, bumper stickers and window stickers, social media profile avatars, policing of speech, wearing personal symbols of conformity to the narrative (e.g.; masks), etc. They will have you policing your OWN speech before long, afraid to express dissent, and eliciting negative emotions toward others who dare to disagree.
If we do know that they are lying, how can we know if they ever actually tell the truth?
The entire industry of journalism has just recently decided to drop even the pretense of being unbiased. Everybody and everything is now biased. Hard news channels now commonly spew blatant opinion pieces instead of objective reporting. Just accept that and judge the sources accordingly. You can still find truth; you just have to be willing to search for it even in places you have been told to avoid by the mainstream establishment. It is almost certainly more prudent to automatically suspect any narrative that the mainstream media pushes rather than to accept it as truth until one does their own due dilligence to confirm the facts and suss out the details. Almost never is it the whole truth, and many times it is completely false. Read the article carefully and ask yourself "why was this written?" Is it a random event reported fairly, or is it a carefully curated story designed to support a popular narrative? Realize that there are milllions of potential stories that the news media choose not to report on every day. So when they do publish a story, it will typically be one they deem significant and want you to see. Everything is done for a reason. Was this story even news-worthy? Why or why not? Is the story meant to create the impression that this sort of thing happens all the time, even though it was a rare event? Are there stories that do indeed happen all the time that are never even touched?
See if the headline is directly contradicted by some fact further down in the article. Pay attention to whether another more important story they are attempting to distract you from has just recently surfaced elsewhere or whether this story is meant to discredit the exposure of a scandal, for example. Cross-check the article with other sources to see if it is not distorting the story. Try to find the primary source instead of reading a commentary about the primary source. Research the people referenced in the article, and go ahead and research the authors as well. Lots of times you will find patterns of blatant political hit jobs, false claims, conflicts of interest, or ties to either federal intelligence agencies or globalist non-governmental agencies. Many of the most passionately and consistently promoted narratives in popular media are literally garbage hoaxes designed to promote a Marxist agenda. And this Taiwanese general said this: "We have an entire department in the Taiwanese government that does nothing but monitor Chinese social media, and everything they censor we know to be the truth."
You don't need to censor a lie. You can disprove a lie and thereby utterly discredit the liar, which would seem like the best way to win an argument. But when you censor something, that proves you are threatened by it and have no argument. So censorship ironically proves the point of the speech that is being censored, regardless of the pretext for the censorship, whether it takes the form of labelling something as "misinformation" or "hate speech."
This brings us to an actual legal doctrine, which should be obvious but few ever connect the dots: the consciousness of guilt. When in a legal proceeding a party attempts to hide information or obstruct an investigation or dispose of evidence, this can rightly be interpreted as consciousness of guilt--in other words, a tacit admission of guilt. So when the news media and the internet search engines and the social media giants endeavor to stamp out or disfavor or punish discussion of certain topics, your eye should be immediately drawn to those topics. Pay attention to how they argue that a topic should not be investigated--it will always hinge on a rhetorical sleight-of-hand. You might be told not to investigate a suspicious murder because you would be harming innocent family members of the victim, for example. Now think about it: if you had a loved one who was killed, would you want the world to simply accept the fact that the case was un-solved? Would it bring you pain to know that there were people trying to find your loved-one's killer? Notice how the "lab-leak" theory was met with so much opposition and how the charge of racism was even brought into play. We now know that Fauci funded the Wuhan lab and was aware of their abysmal safety record and was informed that the Covid virus almost certainly originated from there and that he personally initiated the campaign of scientific publications promoting opposing theories. How can you hack the human brain and cause it to be blind to facts and to believe lies? It is well known by psychologists, who have developed the science of mind control, that you can force the human mind to operate on a lower level of consciousness and bypass the faculties of reason and intellect if you trigger emotional reactions. The more powerful the emotion, the stronger the effect. Anger, hate, and fear are the top three, and they are all closely related, with fear being the chief among them. If you can trigger a fight-or-flight reaction, you can make a person only see what is directly in front of them. If you traumatize a person's mind, you can re-program it. You can offer them an unhealthy coping mechanism and make them think it was their own choice. The CIA's MKUltra program followed this roadmap, but broader programs of media propaganda can also take advantage of these same principles.
Another way the media monopolists succeed in re-writing people's worldview is through hypnosis. Yes, actual hypnosis. Hypnosis means to directly address the subconscious mind and bypass the higher thought processes like critical analysis and rational objectivity, "a state of increased receptivity to suggestion and direction." Television is hypnotic enough already, but the producers of television and movie content employ intentionally hypnotic editing techniques. If you turn on a TV right now, your attention would be drawn to it instead of to this text. It is said that a picture is worth a thousand words. Television and Internet news outlets create and curate pictures to support their narrative. Many of the photographs and videos featured in news reports are staged and do not even feature the actual subject of the story being presented.
Moving pictures capture our attention and place our minds into a receptive state, and the repetition of words and phrases and images and ideas over and over will automatically burrow into our minds, our memory, and our heart. "Where your treasure is, there your heart will be also." How many times do you see the same commercials and hear the same phrases repeated over and over on news reports and popular entertainment. Repetition is the key to learning. What are you learning when you watch mainstream media? How many of you still remember the jingles or catch-phrases in TV commercials that were in regular rotation when you were a kid?
A subtle mind-control technique the media ubiquitously employs is Logical Fallacy. In fact, most arguments for Socialism are lifted straight from the logical fallacies employed in Karl Marx's "The Communist Manifesto." These tactics are employed in public schools from primary all the way to university-level instruction by teachers unions which are overtly Communist. (You will find many articles in the Communist Party of the US's official website advocating for and gloating about teachers unions.) Children are force-fed bumper-sticker slogans and taught never to question them or even think about them. We as a people in Western society are blatantly manipulated into accepting untruths under the guise of foundational assumptions, which utterly collapse under the most elementary logical inquiry--hence the importance of teaching us not to examine them and smearing all who dare question or resist them. You don't want to be a "bad" person, do you? Then shut up and don't question the slogans.
